📌 Job Title: Tele-Counsellor 📠Location: Ahmedabad 🗓 Working Days: Monday to Saturday â° Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM 💰 Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Tele-Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle student/parent queries, and a customer-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities: - Making outbound calls to students/clients and explaining available programs or services - Handling incoming queries professionally - Maintaining daily call records and follow-ups - Guiding students through the admission or enrolment process - Achieving daily/weekly counselling targets - Providing accurate information and ensuring high-quality service - Coordinating with the internal team as required Requirements: - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Basic computer knowledge - Ability to work under targets - Prior experience in counselling or tele-calling preferred (but not mandatory) - Positive attitude and willingness to learn
