Position 1: Customer Service Executive
Eligibility Criteria:
Age: 18 - 35 years
Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma OR 10th + 2 years ITI
**Skills**:Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate systems
Typing speed: 20 WPM with 80% accuracy
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer requests, queries, and complaints through inbound and outbound calls
Ensure accurate resolution and provide excellent customer experience
Maintain call quality and service standards

Position 2: Telesales Executive
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma OR 10th + 2 years ITI
Languages:
Mandatory: Hindi & English
Advantage: Gujarati, Hindi & English
Skills Required:
Excellent communication & comprehension skills
Ability to speak, write, and understand English fluently
Ability to understand and communicate in regional languages
Good analytical and sales skills
Strong persuasion & negotiation ability
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and handle inbound queries to generate sales
Explain product/service features effectively to customers
Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction
Contribute to overall team performance and business growth
Compensation:
₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
