Responsibilities
- **Reception and Communication**: Managing the reception area, welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and handling incoming and outgoing communications.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements for staff or executives.
- **Data Management and Record-Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems (both physical and digital), and assisting with data entry and report preparation.
- **Financial Assistance**: Supporting basic bookkeeping and budgeting procedures, including handling invoices, expense tracking, and liaising with the finance department.
- **Compliance and Efficiency**: Ensuring that office activities and operations comply with company policies and regulations, and contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the office.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
