INDIA COLLECTIONS SUPERVISOR

Locations: Gurgaon

About the Role
- Ensure that customer debts are collected in line with contracted payment terms.

About the Team:

- It is an individual contributor role.
- Will act as support function to India business.

**Responsibilities**:
Relationship Building
- Manage customer/stakeholder expectations. Manage & coordinate end-to-end customer experience.
- Develop excellent relations and maintain regular contact with Business Unit CFO, Directors, and Business Partners.
- Acts as a single point of contact & liaison between customers & internal teams in organization.

Tasks
- Achievement of Cash Collection Targets as per the Forecast.
- Monthly/Weekly reporting to Management collection. Ownership and Distribution of All India Reporting Files.
- Reach out all customers for Account Reconciliation
- Review and resolution of customer disputes related to stock returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements, contract issues etc.
- Daily check sales order release & pending orders status.

Collaboration and Teamwork
- Manage relationship with collection agency.
- Assist auditors by providing requested details to ensure an accurate assessment.

**Requirements**:

- Have credit control or accounts receivable experience.
- Experience in this role requires a result driven, focused team player, with good communication skills and able to drive.
- Able to work under tight time pressure whilst still maintaining high standards of work.
- Be able to negotiate with customers over the telephone & Field visits whilst valuing the customer relationship.
- Able to support the sales organization in debt collection matters wherever it’s possible.
- Experience in multi-tasking while keeping key priorities in focus.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is a must.
- Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience, preferred - Commerce and Accounting
