Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a MEP Supervisor based in Gurgaon. The MEP Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and management of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within company facilities or projects. Key responsibilities include coordinating on-site activities, managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and collaborating with contractors and suppliers. The role will also involve inspecting equipment and systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, along with experience in system installation and maintenance
  • Strong project management and coordination skills to handle timelines and contractors efficiently
  • Knowledge of regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance in MEP operations
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address technical issues swiftly
  • Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and familiarity with technical drawings and blueprints
  • A degree or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in managing MEP projects or supervising facility operations is advantageous
