**About the Team**

The People Business Partner team at Nutanix is a dynamic and collaborative group. The mission of the team is to align human resource strategies with business goals, enhancing organizational effectiveness and fostering a positive work environment where employees can thrive. The team is dedicated to driving initiatives that promote employee engagement, talent management, and organizational growth, all while ensuring that the HR function supports the overall objectives of the organization.

You will report to the Director - People Business Partner, India, This role will have a hybrid work setup, requiring team members to be in the office three days a week, allowing for both collaboration and flexibility in work arrangements.

The role may require occasional travel, specifically to Pune, with an expectation of 2 to 3 trips per year. This will enable the People Business Partner to engage directly with stakeholders in different locations and support the business's needs effectively.

**Your Role**
- ** Strategic HR Partnership**:

- Collaborate with senior leadership and business heads to understand business goals and objectives, translating them into actionable HR strategies.
- Provide thought leadership on talent management, organizational development, and performance management to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Partner with business leaders to drive change management initiatives, organizational restructuring, and growth strategies.
- ** Talent Retention**:

- Develop and implement talent retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Utilize data-driven insights to anticipate hiring needs and create a proactive talent pipeline for critical positions.
- ** Employee Development & Performance Management**:

- Oversee and support the performance management system, ensuring it aligns with organizational objectives and drives employee growth.
- Engage and collaborate internally to ensure learning and development programs enhance skills, improve leadership capabilities, and ensure alignment with evolving business needs.
- Support employees and managers in goal setting, career development, and feedback processes.
- ** Employee Relations & Engagement**:

- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work culture.
- Monitor employee morale and work closely with leadership to resolve any issues affecting productivity and morale.
- ** HR Metrics & Analytics**:

- Utilize HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and improve business outcomes.
- Provide insights into employee trends, turnover, engagement levels, and performance metrics, advising the business on actions required.
- Track HR compliance and ensure that policies and practices are in accordance with local labor laws and organizational standards.
- ** Change Management**:

- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption to operations.
- Act as a champion for a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within HR practices and business processes.
- ** Culture building**:

- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance within the HR team.

**What You Will Bring**
- 12+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an IT/technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Expertise in talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of using data for decision-making.
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Experience of working in high growth / change management environments and driven organizational development initiatives.

**Work Arrangement**

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per wee
