**Role Overview**

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented **Property Inspector** to support our operations in **East Bangalore**. This is a field-intensive role involving property inspections, inventory tracking, tenant handovers, and overall property condition assessments.

Note: A personal two-wheeler is essential for daily travel across properties.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct property inspections in your assigned zone, reporting maintenance or inventory concerns.
- Oversee tenant check-in and check-out processes, ensuring smooth handovers.
- Coordinate with the backend team and service vendors to maintain service quality.
- Serve as the company’s field representative, ensuring on-site property standards are met.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Basic English communication skills (reading and writing).
- Ability to communicate in Kannada or other local languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in field roles, real estate, or facilities management is beneficial.
- Familiarity with smartphone-based documentation and navigation tools.
- **Must own a two-wheeler** and have a valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable working independently across assigned zones in East Bangalore.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Monthly Salary**: ₹23,000 - 30,000
- **Fuel Reimbursement**: ₹4,500 per month
