We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Coordinator. The primary responsibility of this role is to support our sales team in achieving their goals by coordinating various aspects of the sales process and providing administrative assistance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist real estate agents in managing and organizing their sales activities, including scheduling property viewings, coordinating open houses, and following up with leads.
- Communicate with clients, prospective buyers, and sellers to gather information, answer inquiries, and provide updates on property listings and sales transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, client interactions, and sales transactions using our CRM system.
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other third-party service providers to facilitate the closing process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing sales contracts, purchase agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Assist with market research and analysis to identify potential leads, track industry trends, and develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in real estate sales or administration role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures is a plus.
