**Job Summary**

Note: A personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform on-site inspections of residential properties and common areas.
- Identify and report maintenance or inventory-related issues.
- Assist in tenant move-ins and move-outs; maintain accurate records.
- Use mobile apps to complete inspection reports and update checklists.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve service issues.
- Ensure timely follow-up and support for property-related concerns.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Basic ability to read and write in English.
- Conversational skills in Kannada or other local languages are a plus.
- Prior experience in fieldwork or property-related roles is an advantage.
- Must be comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps.
- A valid two-wheeler license and a personal two-wheeler are required.
- Must be willing to travel across assigned zones in **North Bangalore**.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Monthly Salary**: ₹23,000 - ₹30,000 including incentives (based on experience and performance)
- **Fuel Reimbursement**: ₹4,500 per month
- **Incentives**: Performance-based bonuses
- **Work Zone**: Assigned fieldwork primarily in **North Bangalore**:
