**Role Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and reliable **Property Inspector** to handle field operations, including property inspections, inventory audits, and tenant move-ins/outs. This is a field-intensive role with frequent travel across properties, particularly in **North Bangalore**.

Note: A two-wheeler is essential for commuting between properties.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular property inspections within your assigned area.
- Record inventory updates, property condition, and report maintenance needs.
- Assist in tenant check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth process.
- Coordinate with the operations team and vendors to uphold service standards.
- Act as a field representative to maintain property quality and operational accuracy.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Basic proficiency in reading and writing in English.
- Familiarity with local languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in field work or property-related roles is an advantage.
- Ability to use a smartphone for basic documentation and communication.
- Must own a **two-wheeler** with a valid driving license.
- Comfortable working independently and navigating within assigned zones.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Monthly Salary**: ₹23,000 - 30,000
- **Fuel Reimbursement**: ₹4,500 per month
- **Performance-Based Incentives**:
