**Job Title**: Business Development Executive - International Market
**Location**: Somajiguda, Hyderabad
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month
**Experience**: 1-3 Years (preferred)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in **international markets**:
- Manage the end-to-end **sales pipeline**, from prospecting to deal closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft effective **marketing strategies** targeting international audiences
- Conduct **market research** to identify trends, customer needs, and competition in different countries
- Train and mentor junior team members as part of **team development initiatives**:
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and update CRM systems regularly
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in **international business development/sales** (B2B or B2C)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Strong understanding of international markets and sales channels
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
**Preferred Skills**:
- Prior experience in IT/Software/Consulting/Export industries
- Knowledge of international business regulations and cultural nuances
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation tools
Pay: ₹308,506.29 - ₹420,111.55 per year
