Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, creating business strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include market research, lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, contract negotiations, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align business development strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Maintain CRM systems and provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Have strong communication skill.
