Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Manager BDM at 3E Events in Hyderabad. The role involves managing client services, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing communication strategies, handling financial aspects related to events, and providing high-quality customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications Client Services and Customer Satisfaction skills

Effective Communication abilities

Experience in Customer ServiceFinancial acumen related to event planning and management

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Knowledge of event planning and management industry

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field
