Admissions & Enrollment Growth
- Drive student recruitment and achieve admission targets across different programs.
- Design and implement effective admission campaigns (online and offline).
- Monitor enrollment data and prepare reports to track progress against goals.
Marketing & Branding
- Oversee branding, outreach, and promotional activities to enhance visibility.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, events, and school/college fairs.
- Develop marketing collaterals and promotional content in coordination with the academic and creative teams.
Partnerships & Networking
- Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, corporate, and educational consultants.
- Establish collaborations with external organizations for internships, placements, and academic tie-ups.
- Represent the institution at conferences, expos, and education fairs.
Revenue & Business Expansion
- Identify opportunities for new revenue streams (short-term courses, online programs, skill development workshops).
- Propose and implement initiatives for financial sustainability and growth.
- Conduct competitor analysis and suggest strategies to gain an edge in the market.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor the admissions and business development teams.
- Assign clear targets, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
- Conduct regular training to improve communication, counseling, and sales skills.
Operational Excellence
- Standardize admission and counseling processes across branches.
- Ensure timely reporting, MIS updates, and data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
