Job Description: Junior Sales Executive
Position: Junior Sales Executive
Reports to: Sales Manager
Department: Sales (Automatic Rolling Shutter, Gate, High Speed Door & Dock Leveller Manufacturer)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Assist in identifying potential customers and generating new business
2. Sales Support: Support senior sales executives by preparing sales materials, proposals,
presentations, and contracts. Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and up to date.
3. Customer Engagement: Reach out to potential clients to introduce the company’s
products and services, answer queries, and schedule meetings or demos.
4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing
excellent customer service, addressing concerns, and offering solutions to meet their
needs.
5. Sales Presentations: Assist in presenting products and services to prospects, explaining
features and benefits, and demonstrating value propositions.
6. Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences,
and competitor offerings. Use insights to refine sales strategies and target specific
customer segments.
7. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress,
and follow-up activities in the company’s CRM system.
8. Sales Reporting: Assist in tracking sales progress, generating reports on sales
performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, customer service, and other
departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and to stay aligned on sales
strategies.
10. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as
scheduling appointments, organizing sales meetings, and preparing materials for client
presentations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a
related field is preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a
fast-paced environment.
- Customer-Focused: A strong customer service orientation, with the ability to listen,
understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and methodologies (e.g., B2B, B2C).
- Familiarity with the industry or product knowledge relevant to the company’s offerings.
- Experience using social media for professional networking and lead generation

Pay: ₹240,656.83 - ₹500,000.00 per year
