Role Overview
Were looking for a dynamic Client Manager who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and
is passionate about delivering value through smart, consulta¢ve selling. Youll be the face of
NoBroker Interiors, guiding clients through our modular furniture and dcor oerings, and
ensuring seamless execu¢on from pitch to closure.
Key Responsibili¢es

Educate clients on NoBrokers interior solu¢ons, including modular furniture, dcor, and
end-to-end execu¢on services.
Build trust through in-person mee¢ngs and site visits, ac¢ng as the primary rela¢onship
owner.
Drive qualied leads to closure through compelling presenta¢ons, quote discussions,
and follow-ups.

Maintain long-term client rela¢onships for repeat business and upselling opportuni¢es.
Collaborate with pre-sales and project teams to ensure smooth lead lifecycle
management.

Prepare high-quality proposals, booking documents, and execu¢ve-level reports.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualica¢ons
•

Bachelors or Masters degree
13 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (preferably in interiors,
furniture, or real estate)
•
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
