**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Recruiter** with proven experience sourcing and hiring sales professionals. In this role, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on attracting top-tier sales talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand staffing needs and contribute to building a high-performing sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team goals, and culture fit.
- Post job openings on various platforms and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality sales talent.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on sales roles.
- Understanding of the sales hiring process and common success profiles in sales organizations.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience with ATS and CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus.
