About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at Siemens Limited. This will be a 2-year contractual role (third-party), based at the Siemens office in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The role involves supporting end-to-end campus recruitment and onboarding activities across engineering and management institutes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with Siemens hiring standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of campus recruitment plans across targeted institutes in coordination with HR and business teams.
  • Manage campus communication (mailers, event coordination, invitations, etc.) and maintain strong relationships with placement officers.
  • Handle application management from resume collection, screening coordination, and test batching with assessment partners to candidate communication.
  • Support pre-offer and post-offer processes including offer creation, communication, and documentation.

  • Coordinate pre-onboarding and onboarding activities such as:

  • Document collection & verification

  • Pre-employment medicals

  • Background checks and joining formalities

  • Maintain and regularly update campus hiring trackers and dashboards for internal reporting and MIS requirements.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboarding lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal HR, recruitment partners, and business stakeholders for smooth execution of all activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in campus recruitment or entry-level hiring
  • Good understanding of campus hiring cycles, testing processes, and onboarding formalities.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
