**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs and campus recruitment
- Prepare and extend job offers in coordination with HR and management
- Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new sourcing techniques

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
