**Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Recruitment**

**Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 CTC**
**Job Summary**:
**Dorby**is a reputed manufacturing company in the **building materials industry (Laminates and Plywood segment).**As the focus of our business is on sales and marketing, we require a strong and dedicated Junior Recruiter who can source large volumes of relevant CVs from the same or related industries.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the recruitment process independently with mínimal guidance
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably from building materials or related industries
- Excellent understanding of keyword search, skill-based filtration, and resume evaluation for better quality CV shortlisting
- Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)- Fast learner with good observation and sourcing skills in large volumes

**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
