**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Explain project details to walk in Clients and solve their queries
- Explain Demo flat/unit and visualization of selected inventory.
- Daily follow up of visited client’s in CRM & daily reporting to Sales Manager.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify market trends and stay up-to-date on competitors' activities.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Create and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and seamless execution of deals.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and network with potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of sales experience in the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, pricing, and competition.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Yearly bonus
