During slower recruitment periods, the recruiter should be open to assisting with general administrative and business development tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring process for both IT and non-IT roles across the U.S.
- Build, maintain, and actively manage diverse talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools/platforms to identify, attract, and engage top talent.
- Support the recruitment team with administrative and operational tasks as needed during downtime.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in U.S. full-cycle recruitment, covering both IT and non-IT roles (must already understand U.S. hiring practices, compliance, and market trends).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), and industry best practices.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
