**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand technical job requirements by collaborating with hiring managers.
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to efficiently fill IT positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and soft skills.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Keep abreast of trends and innovations in IT recruiting and the tech industry.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment laws.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an IT recruiter or technical recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and terminology (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, etc.).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice, Indeed).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
