**Role Summary**:
As a Senior Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering partnerships with educational institutions. You will represent the organization at various events, engage with school stakeholders, and contribute to strategic collaborations. This role requires frequent travel, client relationship management, and the ability to deliver impactful presentations to decision-makers in the education sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Representation & Client Engagement**:

- Represent the organization at conferences, events, and networking sessions.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with school leaders (owners, directors, principals, and HODs).
- Develop and deliver business proposals tailored to school clients' needs.
- Close deals, manage negotiations, and ensure profitability.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with school clients through consistent follow-ups and added value services.
- Ensure compliance with service agreements and follow up on closed deals for timely payments and documentation.
- **Market Research & Strategy Execution**:

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of sales and marketing plans.
- Track and report sales performance to the Sales Lead.
- **Team Collaboration & Development**:

- Train and coach team members to meet sales objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver client satisfaction and achieve organizational goals.
- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Maintain and manage databases of schools, channel partners, and contacts.
- Create, monitor, and analyze budgets, reports, and presentations.

**Qualification Criteria**:

- **Education**: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Education Management, Business Development, or related fields.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in Sales and Marketing within the education industry, preferably in values education, life skills, or well-being programs.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools (CRM experience preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
- Established network of 50+ schools and key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and school visits.
