B2B Field Sales Executive - EdTech

**Location**:
Banashankari, Bangalore (Field-based role with local travel)

**Salary Range**:
₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)

**Experience Level**:
0 - 1 year (Freshers with MBA welcome)

**Education**:
MBA (Sales/Marketing or related field preferred)

We are looking for an energetic and self-driven **B2B Field Sales Executive** to join our fast-growing EdTech organization. The role involves **direct interaction with schools, colleges, and training institutions**, pitching our technology-driven learning solutions, and building strong business relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and connect with potential institutional clients (schools, colleges, coaching centers).
- Pitch and demonstrate our EdTech products and services to decision makers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct on-site meetings, presentations, and product demos.
- Negotiate pricing and finalize deals in coordination with senior sales managers.
