Job Title: B2B Field Sales Executive – EdTech
Location: Banashankari, Bangalore
Qualification: MBA (Marketing / Sales preferred)
Experience: 0 – 1 Year (Freshers with strong sales skills can apply)
Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000
Employment Type: Full-time
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients (schools, colleges, training institutes, corporates).
- Pitch EdTech products and services through direct meetings, presentations, and demos.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Stay updated on competitors and market trends in the EdTech sector.
- Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and provide feedback to the management team.
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
- Negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated.
- Ability to build long-term B2B relationships
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
