Job Title: B2B Field Sales Executive – EdTech

Location: Banashankari, Bangalore

Qualification: MBA (Marketing / Sales preferred)

Experience: 0 – 1 Year (Freshers with strong sales skills can apply)

Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000

Employment Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients (schools, colleges, training institutes, corporates).
  • Pitch EdTech products and services through direct meetings, presentations, and demos.
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Stay updated on competitors and market trends in the EdTech sector.
  • Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and provide feedback to the management team.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
  • Negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to build long-term B2B relationships

Job Type: Full-time
