**Reporting To**: Sales Manager / Business Development Head

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused **Sales Associate** to join our fast-growing EdTech team. You will play a key role in converting leads into customers, guiding students or parents through our offerings, and helping them make informed enrollment decisions. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for education and technology.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Explain product features, course structures, and pricing to prospective learners.
- Drive conversions through consultative selling and lead nurturing.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, referrals, and other channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on company products, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
- Provide feedback on customer behavior, objections, and product improvements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift

Work Location: In person
