- 005107The purpose of this role is to implement the Rayner marketing strategy in the distributor markets for the International Marketing region, primarily tier 2 distributors, but also tier 1 distributors, as required. To build relationships with these distributors and collaborate with them and internal Rayner stakeholders, to produce high quality Rayner marketing and branding activities in these regions.

Responsibilities include:

- Work with distributors across the following areas:

- Ensure all distributors implement Rayner brand guidelines and have the materials to support this
- Drive and support the implementation of Rayner Marketing objectives
- Coordination of Rayner marketing materials for congresses and other events
- Co-ordination of distributor booth graphics together with the relevant Rayner agency
- Co-ordinate KOL activities in collaboration with Rayner International Marketing Manager
- Drive and support Peer2Peer events and content in collaboration with Rayner International Marketing Manager
- Support Rayner International Marketing manager with co-ordination of regional congresses and events
- Manage purchase request and administration in liaison with Finance and International Marketing Manager

**Qualifications & Skills**:
Experience
- Strong, demonstrable experience in at least a marketing assistant or junior marketing role
- Experience/ability to work effectively across different cultures and regions
- Experience in a marketing role within medical devices/Ophthalmology would be of benefit
- Experience working with physicians and business managers preferred
- Experience executing a marketing plan

**Skills**:

- Able to work with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working within a MS Teams environment
