**Job Title**: Marketing Trainee
**Location**: Mumbai, Maharashtra
**Employment Type**: Full-Time, On-Site
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
**Reports To**: Marketing Manager

**Objective**:
Assist in executing sales and marketing strategies, conduct market research, and support sales efforts to contribute to the overall growth and brand visibility of Swain Aluminium Pvt. Ltd.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Creation**: Identify and generate new business leads through various marketing channels.
- **Distributor Visits**: Regularly visit distributors, strengthen relationships, gather feedback, and promote Swain Aluminium products.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns.
- **Sales Support**: Provide the sales team with marketing materials and relevant support.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on market trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain effective communication with potential clients, existing customers, and distributors.
- **Reporting**: Track and report the performance of marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any degree (Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in market research and data analysis.
- Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Knowledge of marketing strategy implementation.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- **Preferred Experience**: 0-1 year in marketing, sales, or a related role.
