**Job Summary**:

- The trainer needs to train people on different aspects of Digital marketing, such as Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, SEO, YouTube Marketing, Website creation, etc.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Practical Implementation: Guide students through hands-on execution of digital marketing strategies, ensuring they gain real-world experience.
- Lesson Planning & Curriculum Development: Design and develop structured lesson plans, course materials, and assignments aligned with industry trends and best practices.
- Demo & Query Resolution: Conduct demo sessions for prospective students and address queries through dedicated doubt-solving sessions.
- Innovative Teaching Methods: Continuously enhance training methodologies to maximize student engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Multi-Assignment Handling: Take on multiple responsibilities, including curriculum enhancement, student mentorship, and training coordination.
- Passion & Leadership: Maintain a high-energy, passionate, and enthusiastic approach to teaching, fostering a motivating learning environment.

**Daily LOA**:

- Conduct 3 weekday batches (Mon-Fri) of 2 hours each + 15 mins for Q&A, and 1 weekend batch of 5 hours.
- Deliver demos, address student queries (in-class & on-call), and conduct technical interview rounds when not assigned a batch.
- Evaluate student assignments and manage the batch-wise date sheet daily.
- Support the Team Leader in assigned tasks.
- Offline batches require work from the office; online batches may be taken from home occasionally with prior approval.
- Maintain strict adherence to batch schedules to ensure timely syllabus completion.
- Must have 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in various digital marketing domains such as SEO, SMO, Google Ads, Content Marketing, and other relevant areas.
- Should possess strong communication skills and the ability to convey concepts clearly and effectively.
- Must have a professional and confident personality, with the ability to engage and inspire students.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
