**Job Description: Marketing Trainee**

**Position Title**: Marketing Trainee
**Department**: Marketing
**Location**: Mumbai
**Reports To**: Marketing Manager
**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month

**Role Overview**:
The Marketing Trainee will support the marketing team in executing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive engagement. This is a learning opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of marketing, including digital marketing, market research, content creation, and event coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data for reports and presentations.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media ads.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
- **Event Support**:

- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Help manage the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Organize and maintain marketing materials and databases.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, design, and product development.
- Attend team meetings to provide input and updates on ongoing projects.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Background**: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.) is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and a proactive attitude.
- **Other Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
