**Job Title**:
**International Voice Process Executive**

We are hiring experienced professionals for the role of **International Voice Process Executive** with **1 year of experience** in international voice-based customer support. As part of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring exceptional service to international clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients, offering solutions to their queries.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Adhere to performance metrics and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in **international voice process**.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage customer queries in a professional and calm manner.
- Flexibility to work in **rotational night shifts** (as per international time zones).
- Prior experience in a customer service role with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Salary Package**:₹3.9 LPA - ₹4.6 LPA** based on experience and performance.
- **Shift**:Rotational Night Shifts**.(Graveyard Shifts).
- **Location**:Hitech City**, Hyderabad.
- 5 Working Days, 2 Rotational Week offs

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in an international voice process.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
