Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Representative at MetroRide Kids, located in Hyderabad. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive interactions with parents and guardians. Daily tasks include handling phone calls, emails, and chat support, resolving issues promptly, and providing feedback to the management team for service improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
- Customer Service and Customer Support experience
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools
- Experience in the transportation or childcare industry is a plus
