**RAG - Customer Care Coordinator**

Role Type: Contract

Location: Remote [Must be able to work in US CST time zone i-e 9am to 5pm]

Languages: English (both written and verbal). Spanish is an asset but not required

This position interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries relating to the shipment of automobiles within the United States. The associate will be primarily responsible for providing quotes for car shipments to customers by coordinating work orders.

Key responsibilities include:

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Maintaining database of work orders

Managing accounts receivables for work orders
- Resolving customer complaints, drafting status reports on customer service issues
- Creating and maintaining an ongoing repository of Standard Operating Procedures and process workflows for the team
- Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems

Key Proficiencies Required:

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative is an asset but not required
- Other duties may be assign as required

Business Skills:

- Strong computer skills (word, excel, Microsoft suite)
- Previous experience with SOPs creation and management is an asset but not required
