Presales Executive

Our client is a leading real estate developer committed to delivering exceptional residential projects that redefine luxurious living. As they continue to expand our portfolio, they are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Presales Executive to join their dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and effectively pitch our projects.
- Provide comprehensive information about our projects, highlighting the unique selling points and benefits to potential buyers.
- Persuasively communicate the value proposition to prospects and encourage them to schedule site visits.
- Ensure that all necessary client profiling is conducted, including assessing affordability, location preferences, and other requirements.
- Maintain a professional and engaging approach to customer interactions, answering queries and addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate site visits, follow-ups, and maintain a seamless customer journey.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and tailor the sales approach accordingly.
- Fluently communicate in Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati languages, with average proficiency in English.
- Leverage industry knowledge and experience in real estate to effectively guide customers and provide accurate project information.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to enhance sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, preferably in presales or telecalling roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Exceptional communication and persuasive abilities.
- Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati languages is essential.
- Average proficiency in English language.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and understanding of customer preferences.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Salary - Up to 35K

Salary upto 35K

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
