- Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to align campaign strategies with overall business objectives.
- **Campaign Execution**:
- Oversee the creation of campaign content, including messaging, visuals, and offers, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and customer needs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of campaigns across various channels.
- **Data-Driven Insights**:
- Utilize data analytics to monitor campaign performance, measure success, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to refine campaign strategies and improve targeting and personalization.
- Leverage A/B testing and other methodologies to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-informed decisions.
- **Customer Engagement and Retention**:
- Implement personalized engagement tactics to increase customer interaction with the app, including onboarding programs, feature promotions, and retention initiatives.
- Develop loyalty programs and incentives to encourage continued use and deepen customer relationships.
- Address and resolve any issues or barriers affecting customer engagement and retention.

**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- **Campaign Management**:Proven experience in developing and executing multi-cohort marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of segmentation and targeting.
- **Data Analysis**:Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to leverage insights to drive campaign performance and decision-making.
