We are on the lookout for an ambitious and results-driven **Digital Marketing Executive** to become a key player in our fast-growing marketing team. You will be responsible for driving growth, increasing brand visibility, and creating highly engaging digital campaigns across multiple channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Execute Campaigns**: Lead the creation and implementation of powerful digital marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- **On-Page & Off-Page SEO Management**: Optimize website content, structure, and technical SEO for improved search engine rankings. Execute off-page strategies such as link-building, outreach, and content partnerships to enhance domain authority.
- **SEO & SEM Mastery**: Ensure optimal search visibility by refining SEO tactics, managing paid search, and running display campaigns to elevate search rankings and ad performance.
- **Social Media Strategy**: Elevate our social media presence by curating innovative strategies to boost followers, engagement, and brand perception.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Regularly monitor and analyze key metrics, generating reports that inform future campaign optimization and strategy adjustments.
- **Lead Generation & Growth Initiatives**: Identify and execute scalable lead-generation tactics that fuel business growth.
- **Website Optimization**: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure a seamless, user-centric website experience that is primed for conversion.
- **Industry Trends Expertise**: Stay ahead of the curve by continually exploring the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and tactics to drive innovation.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- **Comprehensive Knowledge** of tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, and other marketing platforms.
- Experience in content management systems like WordPress.
- **Analytical Excellence** with a strong ability to measure, interpret, and optimize performance data.
- **Exceptional Creativity and Communication Skills** to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- **Time Management and Multi-Tasking Abilities** to handle several projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

**Preferred**:

- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to enhance marketing collateral.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms for streamlined processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
