Job Description: SVP - Digital Branch Growth Programs (Cross-Buying Initiatives)

Location: Mumbai

Reporting to: Chief Digital Officer / Head of Digital Branch

Department: Digital BranchRole Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Vice President (SVP) - Growth Programs to lead our cross-buying initiatives across digital channels. This leader will own the design, delivery, and performance of offers presented to customers throughout their journeys on mobile, net banking, and other digital platforms. The role is critical in driving top-line growth, deepening customer relationships, and enhancing conversion while minimizing upstream defects.Key Responsibilities:
1. Ownership of Customer Offers:
Design, manage, and optimize all product offers and recommendations across digital touchpoints.

Ensure offers align with customer needs, business priorities, and product strategies to maximize cross-sell opportunities.

2. Customer Journey Optimization:
Identify and map key customer journeys to embed personalized and timely product offers.

Continuously improve user flows across mobile, net banking, and other channels to reduce friction and enhance conversion.

3. Top-Line Growth & Relationship Deepening:
Drive cross-selling efforts to strengthen customer relationships and increase lifetime value (LTV).

Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to develop targeted campaigns that drive incremental revenue.

4. Defect Reduction & Conversion Improvement:
Identify and eliminate upstream defects impacting conversion and offer acceptance rates.

Use analytics to monitor performance and implement data-driven optimizations.

5. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Partner with technology, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless offer delivery across platforms.

Work closely with risk and compliance teams to align with regulatory guidelines.Qualifications & Experience:
15+ years of experience in digital growth, cross-selling, or customer lifecycle management, preferably in financial services.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer engagement through targeted offers.

Strong understanding of mobile and digital banking platforms and customer journeys.

Expertise in data-driven decision-making and experience with analytics tools to track KPIs.

Collaborative leadership style with experience working across cross-functional teams.Skills & Competencies:
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
