- Ability to take Responsibility for end-to-end business development in the region.
- Responsible for reaching out new brands to customers, retailers and distributors.
- Possess the ability to convince retailers and distributors
- Maintain relationship with customers.
- Work with cross functional team to ensure customer success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive both Primary & secondary sales.
- Conduct retail & distributor audits to monitor stock levels.
- Maintain clear communication between the company and its distributors & retailers.
- Generate orders in assigned beats or areas.
- Resolve routine distribution issues efficiently for retailers.
- Conduct demos & trials of the Products.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to management.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in sales management.
**Experience**:3 years+ in the field of Edible Oil Industry or any Food & Beverage Sector
**Educational Qualification**: Graduate in any discipline or Higher Secondary + plus 5 years of experience in the Edible Oil field.
