**Key Responsibilities**:
**New Member Acquisition**: Identify and engage potential members from the scrap and recyclables industry, introducing them to the benefits of our membership-based portal. Develop tailored pitches to demonstrate value and close deals with new members.
**Membership Renewal and Retention**: Manage relationships with existing members to ensure high retention and renewal rates. Regularly check in with members to understand their evolving needs and provide relevant solutions.
**Market and Competitor Analysis**: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, emerging markets, and competitor activities. Leverage insights to shape and optimise our membership offerings, ensuring they remain competitive and valuable to members.
**Sales Strategy Development**: Work closely with management to develop and implement strategies that support membership sales growth, and report on KPIs, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and retention metrics.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably within a subscription-based or membership-driven model.
- A strong understanding of the scrap or recyclables industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in both English and Hindi, are highly desirable.
- Ability to analyse and leverage market trends to drive strategic growth.
