**Position: Desktop Support Technician (Hardware)**

**Location: Mumbai**

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on desktops and laptops.
- Diagnose system errors, identify solutions, upgrade systems as required.
- Replace components when necessary.
- Set up new users ‘profiles and provide them with necessary access rights.
