We are seeking a proficient Desktop Support Engineer (Levels 1 & 2) to join our vibrant and fast-paced IT team. This position is integral to our mission of delivering exceptional technical support and ensuring smooth IT operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide 1st and 2nd line support in collaboration with the Senior Desktop Support Engineer and IT team.
- Respond to support inquiries through CRM and by phone, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues.
- Log new incidents, maintain and update asset information in the CRM, and escalate complex issues to 3rd line support as needed.
- Address endpoint security events, such as managing Malware and Anti-Virus interventions.
- Assist the senior IT team in implementing IT projects effectively.

**Requirements & Key Skills**:

- Proven experience managing and troubleshooting Server/Desktop/O365/Azure/Active Directory, and backup software.
- Strong background in an IT helpdesk environment with a track record of outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey information clearly and concisely to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Good understanding of networking principles.
