**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technical Support**:

- Provide **technical assistance and support** for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware (onsite and remote).

**System Setup & Maintenance**:

- Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

**Network & Connectivity**:

- Assist in maintaining local area networks (LAN), Wi-Fi, VPN connections, and basic firewall troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with network administrators or ISPs to resolve network downtime issues.

**Asset & Inventory Management**:

- Track and update IT inventory including hardware, software, and accessories.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and system configurations.

**Security & Compliance**:

- Ensure all systems are updated with the latest security patches and antivirus protection.
- Follow data protection and IT security protocols.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain logs of support requests and resolutions using IT ticketing systems.
- Prepare reports on frequently recurring issues and suggest improvements.

**Requirements**:

- **2-4 years** of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical assistance roles.
- Strong knowledge of **Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, basic networking, and common business software**.
- Familiarity with IT support tools such as **remote desktop, ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or ServiceNow)**.
- Degree or diploma in **Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field**.
- Certifications like **CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or ITIL Foundation** (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
