Collect and prepare samples from various sources (e.g., patient specimens, environmental samples, food, water, or industrial products).
- Conduct tests to isolate and identify microorganisms using various techniques (e.g., culturing, staining, PCR, and microscopy).
- Use laboratory equipment like autoclaves, incubators, microscopes, and automated analyzers.
- Perform microbiological testing to detect pathogens or determine microbial loads in samples.
- Interpret and record test results accurately and assist in diagnosing or identifying microbial issues.
- Assist in identifying resistant strains of bacteria or fungi, contributing to research in infectious diseases or antibiotic resistance.
- Maintain aseptic techniques and ensure the sterility of equipment and culture media.
- Ensure that laboratory practices meet health and safety regulations, following proper disposal and sanitation protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of testing procedures, results, and inventory of supplies.
- Document all procedures and findings in a clear and detailed manner.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, ensuring that results are communicated effectively to supervisors or researchers.
- Maintain a clean, organized lab environment, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with other scientists, technicians, and professionals in a team environment.
- Assist with research projects or clinical studies by providing data and supporting research protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
