**DMLT Technician** (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology):
**Job Title**: Medical Laboratory Technician (DMLT)
**Location**:Wanadongri, Nagpur

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect and process blood, urine, stool, sputum, and other biological samples
- Conduct laboratory tests such as haematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and immunology
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including analysers and microscopes
- Prepare reagents and ensure their proper storage and labelling
- Record test results accurately and enter data into laboratory information systems (LIS)
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control procedures and infection control practices
- Assist in maintaining laboratory inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Follow protocols for waste disposal and laboratory safety
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding urgent and routine test results
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in handling patient data and specimens

**Educational Qualifications**:

- **Diploma or Graduation in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)** from a recognized institute
- Must be registered with the relevant paramedical or state council (if applicable)

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in a diagnostic lab or hospital setting is preferred
