**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and qualified **Pathology Technician** to support our pathology department. The technician will be responsible for preparing and examining specimens, assisting pathologists in conducting tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, label, and process patient specimens such as blood, tissue, and body fluids.
- Prepare slides and tissue samples for microscopic examination.
- Assist in the grossing and sectioning of biopsy and surgical specimens.
- Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment and tools.
- Maintain accurate records of tests performed and results obtained.
- Comply with all safety and infection control protocols in the laboratory.
- Dispose of biohazard waste as per hospital or lab policy.
- Maintain inventory and stock of laboratory supplies and reagents.
- Coordinate with pathologists and other technicians for timely reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation and storage of samples.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a pathology lab or similar clinical setting preferred.
- Knowledge of histopathology, cytology, and specimen handling techniques.
- Proficiency in using lab equipment like microtomes, centrifuges, and microscopes.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and a commitment to patient care and accuracy.

**Location -**Kalyan, Ambernath, Dombivali and ghansoli

**Salary -** As per Experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
