As a Pathology Technician, you will play a crucial role in the diagnostic process, supporting our medical team in delivering high-quality patient care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.
- Collect, prepare, and analyze specimens, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Record and document test results, maintaining detailed and accurate records.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
- Stay updated on advances in pathology and laboratory medicine.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Pathology Technician is preferred.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety and infection control procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Valid certification and registration as required by local regulations.
