**Job Title**: Lab Technician

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect and label patient samples (blood, urine, stool, sputum, etc.)
- Perform routine and specialized lab tests as per protocols
- Prepare specimens for examination and handle sample processing
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, microscopes, and analyzers
- Record and report test results accurately in the Laboratory Information System (LIS)
- Maintain cleanliness, sterility, and hygiene of the lab area
- Ensure proper disposal of biohazard materials and follow safety protocols
- Maintain inventory of lab reagents and supplies
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other technicians to support patient care
- Ensure compliance with internal quality control (IQC) and external quality assurance (EQA) standards

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT)
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred (freshers may be considered for junior roles)
- Knowledge of clinical pathology, hematology, biochemistry, and microbiology
- Familiarity with lab safety protocols and infection control measures
- Proficient in handling lab software and equipment
- Good communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detail

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
