**Job Title: Desktop Support Technician**

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Hardware **repair knowledge is a must** - **including troubleshooting** and **fixing issues with PCs, printers, wiring, and other peripherals.**
- Install and configure computer hardware, peripherals (printers, scanners), and networking equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues with internet connectivity, printers, scanners, and phones.
- Diagnose and resolve system failures by identifying root causes and performing basic troubleshooting.
- Manage technology inventory, assisting in equipment setup and placing orders for necessary components.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams if unable to resolve them independently.
- Assist end users with system setup, orientation, and training on new hardware or software.
- Track and maintain all local system passwords and IPs, including laptops.
- Set up and maintain LAN and printer connections, ensuring smooth operation within the network.
- Assign IP addresses and ensure systems are brought into the network.
- Manage user permissions in Windows environments and add users to **Active Directory (AD)**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 0-1 year of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
- Must have knowledge of hardware repair, including printers, PC connections, and wiring.
- Familiarity with Windows operating system troubleshooting and software installations.
- Experience with **Active Directory** user management and permissions.
- Understanding of basic IP addressing and network setup.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for LAN and printer connections.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Any graduate (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹8,299.07 - ₹28,888.79 per month

Shift:

- Day shift
