**Role Overview**

The Commercial Executive will be responsible for preparing and managing tender submissions, interacting with government offices, and coordinating documentation for bidding processes. The position requires an individual with strong understanding of tender-related compliance, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude for follow-ups and liaison activities.

**Responsibilities**
- End-to-end handling of bid submissions document collection, preparation,

verification, and final submission.
- Compile technical and financial bid components as per government or client

requirements.
- Track tender deadlines, ensure all documents are in place, and submit bids on time.
- Maintain a master tracker of all tenders floated, submitted, won/lost, and pending.
- Coordinate with government departments for document submissions, approvals, and follow-ups.
- Visit offices as required for procurement notices, clarifications, and compliance

matters.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of government-mandated forms and registrations.
- Prepare vendor registration documents, agreements, declarations, and compliance

reports.
- Maintain all tender-related files, certificates, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments (finance, operations, HR) for required inputs.
- Assist senior management in commercial planning and execution.
- Prepare MIS reports, bid status updates, and relevant commercial summaries.
- Identify upcoming government tenders and prepare initial evaluation reports.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of government procurement procedures.
- Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with field visits when required.
